At Encore! Theatre Arts, our mission is to foster an appreciation for live theatre and make high-quality theatre productions more accessible in the Tulsa community through affordable ticket prices. We constantly find additional opportunities to reach out to the community through discount tickets, charity shows, fundraisers, and more.

Past Contributions
Winter 2011-12
- Children and families from Family & Children Services were invited to a free performance of A Christmas Story, and received Christmas gifts from Encore! Theatre Arts
- Half-price tickets to A Christmas Story were made available to the general public through Groupon.
Fall 2011
- 100 tickets were donated to Family & Children Services and 50 tickets were donated to Youth Services for our November production of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe
- Half-price tickets to Wait Until Dark were made available to the general public through Groupon.
Summer 2011
- 40 tickets to Alice in Wonderland were donated to Family & Children Services
- Every child who attended Charlie and the Chocolate Factory received a FREE CHOCOLATE BAR. Five children at each performance found a Golden Ticket, which they redeemed for a gift basket containing many goodies, including a free ticket to Alice in Wonderland.
- 50 tickets to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory were donated to Family & Children Services
- Partial and full scholarships were granted to children for summer theatre camps
Spring 2011
- Half-price tickets to Fame were made available to the general public through a feature on Groupon
- Encore! offered $10 student rush tickets to Fame
- Tickets to Fame were donated to Family & Children Services
Winter 2010-11
- $8 discount tickets were offered to the Red Hat Society for Steel Magnolias
- Half-price tickets were offered to fire fighters, police officers, and veterans for Magician's Nephew
- As a Christmas gift to our patrons, we offered $10 "early bird" discount tickets for Magician's Nephew
Fall 2010
- Charity show: We had a full house at our charity performance of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe! Children and families attended a free performance of the show and every guest went home with a Christmas present
- 75 children from local elementary schools and home-school organizations attended our school-day performance of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, for which admission was only $8
- Over 100 children from local elementary schools and home-school organizations attended our school-day performance of The Jungle Book, for which admission was only $8
Summer 2010
- Partial and full scholarships were granted to children for summer theatre camps


Current Work
We currently serve the community in the following ways:
- We regularly offer low ticket prices to all our shows at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center and Tulsa Little Theatre.
- Discount tickets for students, children, and seniors and always available for all our productions.
- Scholarships for our classes and camps are offered to families who demonstrate financial need.
Future Plans
Our future plans include, but are certainly not limited to:
- For our summer productions of Peter Pan and The Wizard of Oz, we are partnering with the Peter Pan Children's Fund. A portion of ticket sales from these shows will go to the Peter Pan Children's Fund and the St. Francis Children's Hospital.
- Bringing costumed characters to nursing homes and the St. Francis Children's Hospital to visit the patients.
- Christmas caroling to local nursing homes.
- College scholarships for exceptional high school theatre students
